Why invest in Stationary Bike Stands?
The first time I saw a video on stationary bike stands, I was completely amazed. Sure, I’ve seen bike stands before but never did I know that they had bike stands for exercise! There are so many exercising bikes at the gym so why would people want to get a stationary bike stand? For one thing, it is a lot cheaper than buying an indoor bike for working out. Although it will take some time setting the stand up, it is much more comfortable to use your own bike. For people who already have two bikes, you could set your schedule up to ride one of your bikes outside on Tuesday and then on Thursday you could use the stationary bike stand.
So, why should you invest in stationary bike stands?
Let’s say you want to go biking without getting into your car and dragging the bike to the park. Or maybe you just want to avoid those high gyms fees each month. A stationary bike stand would be perfect for this. However, if you want to enjoy the best of both worlds, we recommend getting another bike. It doesn’t have to be fancy either.
A stationary bike stand can easily be set up even if you have never done it before. Most stationary bike stands come with two parts. There will be one stand for the back and one stand for the front. At the front, you are supposed to line your tire up correctly. The tire will slightly touch the bar when you pedal and it may become hot so make sure you use a bike with good tires. Few individuals will invest in stationary bike stands because they do not want to venture outdoors. This is a good idea if you are in the middle of winter and can’t go to your usual outdoor running spot.
